Madison Tenant Power (founded in 2019) is a tenant union formed by and for working-class tenants to agitate for decommodified housing, fair leases, timely repairs, and safe living conditions in Dane County.
Landlords, developers, and cops protect their profits by undermining the safety of working-class people. Only the power of a united and self-organized collective of tenants can bring lasting improvements in our dignity and quality of life through collective bargaining and direct action.
